Purpose: The purpose of this job is to provide professional, detailed and efficient administrative support to the Customer Service team.

 

Job Duties:

  • Data entry for all orders, including domestic and international orders.
  • Verify and roll all orders, to assure timely departure of orders.
  • Manage customer files, filing and or scanning of all documents for the department.
  • Responsible for document retention.
  • Enter purchase orders.
  • Manage or assist with the processing of customer complaints.
  • Complete additional projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Self-motivated, team player with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain positive interpersonal relationships that encourage openness with customers and peers.
  • Knowledge in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business, or the equivalent of experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Catavolt Systems and INFOR.
  • Effective, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality related to all duties and responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, proofreading documents/reports and maintenance of documents.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while supporting the department.
  • Ability to produce accurate, professional, and error-free documents in a timely manner.
  • Ability to achieve data entry accuracy of 60-70 words per minutes.

Job Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

 

High School diploma required with a minimum of 3 years related experience/and/or a combination of education and experience required. Associate’s degree in business, management, finance, operations, IT, or related field preferred.

 

Travel: Up to 5% domestic and/or international travel by car or plane may be required.
